Yesterday's meeting ... in fact, yesterday, with the email and all that which annoyed me and upsetted me was a real test of my "calm mind" training. It is proving rather difficult for me to achieve a "non-emotional status" and keep the mind calm and clear and free of evil thoughts. I will keep on trying. Perhaps, when the time is right, and with all your blessings and guidance, I will finally understand it.

I continue to be continuously grateful for a life that has treated me and my loved ones very well. I am thankful for all the love, opportunities, great experiences and for being so privileged.
