Dearest LB & GY,

I'm not sure, I'm really not sure. Please give me a sign. Any sign, to tell me that going ahead with the launch of LFC is a great decision.

I'm also worried about the SP launch. Am I being too far ahead of myself?

I know, stay positive, keep the faith. It will all work out.
But I'm worried.

I've also got the issue with the flowers for the fair this weekend. On one hand, I have a partner whom I think is difficult. On the other hand, I have someone who can help, but is physically unable to do so. Is it just me? I mean, about my partner. I'm trying to solve problems without getting his help. Again, am I being too far ahead of myself?

Please, please, I hope for your blessings, guidance and answering my prayers. I need everything to be all right. I need everything to work out beautifully and perfectly smoothly.

Dearest LB & GY,

I'm going to keep today's prayers fairly short and simple. I know you are always blessing me and answering my prayers. I am also always very thankful for a life that has treated me well.

But today, I would like to pray for some really important things that will all be happening this week.

First, I would pray for my family - both immediate and extended - to be safe, sound and healthy always and that they live long and prosperous lives. I wish them all the happiness and joys that life has to offer them. I pray for my husband too - for his career to continue being smooth sailing and that he finds financial growth and career advancement within this month. Thank you for your blessings.

I pray utmostly - for the Sofitel project to take off successfully and that all the small hitches that we are encountering right now will be solved perfectly and that everyone works together to make the fair a huge success. I wish the success of the fair boosts business for everyone involved. Thank you.

I pray for SP launch as well - that we will sell all tickets within this week and next week and that the event takes off successfully and becomes the next big thing to hit KL. I am a little worried and dejected currently - knowing that there is zero sales so far. Thank you.

I pray for LFC launch - I pray first of all for your guidance on this matter - guide me to make the right decision and the best decision if I want to go ahead with this. I want to make the right decision. I need the support of my partners on this business and I am not sure I can deal with walking on egg shells on a long term basis. Thank you for your guidance and blessings.

I pray and believe that all my above prayers will be answered as always. And I pray too for your guidance in helping me keep calm, be at peace, stay focused and stay positive always. Thank you.

Thank you very much for a great run this morning. I didn't think I'd get through but I felt awesome. So, thank you. I am pleased. I know that my prayers are always answered and I am blessed and lucky. Thank you for that.

I am thankful to for a life that has been good to me and for everything great in my life. I know that I am very lucky and I have a lot of love from my family, my husband and my friends and I have good things in life to share, experience and enjoy. I have money, I have health, I have happiness, I have joy. I always ask for more, but that does not mean I am complaining about what I have. Life is great indeed.

I pray for my family - both extended and immediate - to be safe, sound and healthy always.
I pray for them to always be happy and that they live a long and prosperous live that is filled with great moments and pleasures. Thank you.

I pray that my husband's career continues to be smooth sailing for him.

Good Morning! I couldn't sleep although I was planning to sleep in today. I am contemplating if I should sleep in tomorrow and skip the run. But I haven't done a long run in ages. !

Dearest LB & GY,

I'd like to change my prayers up a bit today. I'll see how it works out.

LB & GY, I am thankful everyday for a life that has treated me very well. I know sometimes, I have tendencies to lose my patience, think bad thoughts, jump the gun, get annoyed and upset over trivial matters. But I know with your guidance and blessings, I will continue striving to become a better and better person. Whilst it is terrible of me to compare my life with those who are less fortunate, I can't help but feel I have been too lucky. And of course, blessed. I have a lot of love in my life and I have a lot of good things money can buy. I also get to experience a lot of things that money cannot buy. For that, I am thankful.

I love my family very much - both immediate and extended - including my husband and my family by marriage. I pray for them to always be safe, sound and healthy and I want them to live long and prosperous lives. I wish for them to be happy always and enjoy all of life's greatest moments and experiences. Thank you also for granting my parents the joy of seeing their son get married too. This is becoming reality and I know it will make them extremely happy. So, thank you.

I am thankful and happy for a great and loving husband too and I cannot imagine a life without him. For this, I know I have been blessed yet again and you were shining down on me. I want him to have a good life too and I want him to have a very successful career - one which is smooth-sailing for him and one in which he finds tremendous financial growth and career satisfaction. I also pray that he be healthy and safe always at all times. Thank you.

I am thankful for all the opportunities that life has granted to me - and therefore, I am able to own many different businesses. I pray for all of my businesses - LFC, MR, TWP, NS, SP, JFT to all flourish financially and grow successfully within this year. Here, I would like to pray especially for the project with Sofitel which will take place next week. I pray for good weather, an extremely great turn-out and an extremely successfully implemented event which is also executed beautifully. I pray that everything falls in place and as always, all the different partners that I work with supports one another to ensure the great success of this event and hopefully, it will churn business growth for all who are involved too. Well, I must say I was pretty disciplined today in doing some light intervals on the bike. The 1min-1min routine, even though I was feeling lazy. Thank you for helping me stay focused. I know my prayers have always been answered and I am thankful for that.

My cough was improving, I thought. But it got worse again. I skipped the long run this morning. Hoping to feel fresh tomorrow for a great training session in the morning. My cough seems to be getting better and then getting back to not so good. Like... on-off thing. I hope I recover soon. I intend to rest tomorrow morning too, from my long run. I am losing it with my Cambodian staff. I don't know how else to push them and make them work smarter and harder. Anyway, last night I had a pretty good session - both training myself and also training the class. Thank you for that. It was very enjoyable. I'm blessed, I know.

Dearest LB & GY,

I am extremely frustrated with my physical condition. From the fall, to my knee injury, to the cough and now to the pain in my ribs...... what is going on? What is with this cough? When will it end? I am trying so hard to just stay positive and tell myself that it will get better, but it is one after the other. What is it? Now it is painful for me to suck in air. It's extremely frustrating! What lesson is this? Is this a sign for me to just quit training? Stop the race?

I'm sorry, but it is really frustrating because I have been taking it easy since my fall and I am just trying to get back into a really good and consistent training regime that will boost my fitness level in time for the race. I don't know what else to do except to pray. Pray and believe that you will bless me and answer my prayers.

Of course, I am still grateful for a life that has been good to me. I am thankful for the food on the table, clothes on my back and roofs over my head. I am thankful for the abundance of money in my bank accounts and my purse. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way. Dearest LB & GY,

I had remembered today was Wesak Day. Unfortunately, I had consumed meat in my soup. I did have the thought of being a vegetarian for the day. I guess, I just wasn't mindful enough.

I pray that the projects that I have with Sofitel, SP Launch, LFC launch are all planned perfectly and smoothly, implemented successfully and executed beautifully. I also pray that my project with QA for MARTRADE is planned smoothly and implemented succesfully too and everything and everyone will be a joy to work with. I know my response is to get irritated with the client for QA and I seem to think that a proper and full brief should be given to us right from the start instead of one at a time. But I need to change my attitude and thoughts and feelings and I know they may have a different style from me. I realized that.

I feel a lot better today, despite a terrible cough session last night. Hmm... maybe it is the hydroxycut that is making me feel lethargic instead of perky. Hmm.... I shall skip that tomorrow and take my usual coffee instead. Sounds like a good plan. Or perhaps more carbs today. But I know you are blessing me and asnwering my prayers. I am still coughing but I know I will get better!

On one hand, a lot of people seem excited about the products we have and it seems like they are opened to the idea. On the other hand, it is me who is afraid of the challenge ahead. I'm really feeling not so good physically. It is the cough. I hope I get better soon. With your blessings, I'm sure I will. It's really making me tired, lethargic and drowsy. And I try to stay off the meds cos especially today, I have a few important meetings to attend to.

Dearest LB & GY,

I am not in my perkiest of mood. I'm feeling tired and just not focused. I know there's much to do and I know you have been blessing me and answering my prayers. But the cough and the constant lethargy is not making me feel good. I'm sorry. I should not be this way. I know there is much to look forward to and I am thankful. Thankful for my prayers answered. My wound is healed too. But my fitness level just isn't the same. I pray for your blessings in this area.

Today, I'd like to pray first for all things at work to be smooth sailing and that I find the energy and motivation to strive ahead excitedly. I pray too for my partners' unquestioning support and making it all smooth-sailing for me to complete my work. In particular, my LFC partners. I need their support to ensure the Sofitel fair goes smoothly and successfully. I truly pray for this as it is disturbing me mentally.

Dearest LB & GY,

I'm trying to stay positive. But I do not know why, early in the morning, I bump into two situations or rather, persons who irritated me. Both during my training this morning. I tell myself, this is a test of my patience. But I think I failed miserably. I try to let it go. I tell myself not to let the small stuff get in my way of staying positive, of feeling good. I try to change my frequency. But I was just annoyed overall. LB & GY, please help me understand because I think my feeling good and thinking good and doing good is rather fragile at this moment. I do not wish to spiral off the cliff. But I need to understand - if I am required to be tested every so often? What if I keep failing miserably? I try. I pray for your guidance.

Today, I have a special prayer. I will be meeting with a local Cambodian lady today. Please bless this meeting to have a fruitful and positive outcome. This is especially for LFC. I pray that you will hear my prayers and you will bless me and answer my prayers. Please and thank you in advance for answering my prayers.

I am still grateful for plenty in my life that is good and great. The rich experiences in which I get to enjoy, share and learn from. The abundance of money in my bank account and my purse.
