Dearest LB & GY,

I had another workout session this morning and I can really feel the aches of my muscle now. Rest time onwards and hope for full recovery when I get back to PP again. But thank you - am grateful that I could get at least 3 sessions in this week for a bit of light training.

Time flies and I realise it is now starting of the 5th month of my prayers. I am happy with my discipline and I have faith that my prayers are answered. Thank you for your blessings.

Is it odd that I don't have a very strong faith in a particular religion, but I am doing my prayers and have faith in my prayers? Perhaps I need more wisdom to understand this concept.

As always, I am thankful for so many things in my life. I am thankful for the great experiences in life which I get to enjoy, share and learn from. I am thankful for all the love that constantly surrounds me from my family, husband and friends. I am thankful for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way. I am thankful for a physically healthy body in which I can think, feel and love and so healthy that I can recover speedily. Life is great. Thank you.

I pray for all the things that I want and wish for my family, my loved ones and myself.

For my family - both immediate and extended, I wish for them to always be happy and live life with great experiences. I want them to be safe, sound and healthy all the time, always and I want them to live a long and prosperous life. Thank you.

For my husband - I wish for him to excel in his work and find financial growth and career advancement within this month and I wish for him to be happy and find passion for his work and that everything is smooth sailing for him. Thank you.

For my businesses - JFT, LFC, TWP, MR, NS, SP - I wish for all of them to flourish financially and grow astoundingly within this year. Dearest LB & GY,

I had yet another day of training and thank you for letting me be able to train. I try to be careful with my knees and my wounds, but I also think I cannot go about thinking it is in bad shape. I need to be positive and attract speedy recovery, am I right?

I guess there are still a couple of things in this book called The Power that I am reading which concept I may not be able to grasp. There are certain things which I don't fully comprehend. Maybe that's not the right word. I think I comprehend, but perhaps, I'm over-thinking it too much. I believe though, in time, you will show me the wisdom to fully grasp the concepts of having and keeping faith.

I continue to be thankful and grateful for all the good things in life that has been given and shown to me. I am thankful for the love that constantly surrounds me from my family, husband and friends. I am thankful for the abundance of money in my bank accounts and my purse. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way. I am thankful for a healthy body in which I can have a speedy recovery for my injury and also to think, feel and love. I am thankful for life's great experiences in which I get to enjoy, share and learn from. Life is absolutely great!

I am feeling very lethargic and in-charged. I'm not feeling bad. But my mind isn't all there with the work and I know I need to get it there. I have a lot of work that needs me to look into and to think.

Dearest LB & GY,

I seem a little not-very-focused with my work and a bit out-of sorts. I think the inconvenience of my leg injuries is not sitting too well with me but at the end of the day - I know it is only a temporary and extremely short-term and it's not that bad, really. I am still thankful for so many things.

I am thankful of course that I remain quite unscathed - that nothing major broken, nothing twisted, it's only some stitches and a wound that would heal in no time at all. I am thankful for friends who care and love me. I am thankful for all the love that constantly surrounds me. I am thankful for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way. I am thankful for a life that is good to me. Life is so great.

I pray for all the things that I want and wish for my family, loved ones and for myself.

Dearest LB & GY,

Wow. So what a morning. I'm thankful to just have superficial wounds and nothing broken. That was quite a crazy fall. What happened? I dunno. I'm only feeling bummed because I won't be able to train for a few weeks. But I'm not going to let it get me down.

Well, I am thankful of course. I guess, it takes an incident like this to let you see - that there are good people out there. So I am thankful for great running mates who really did their best to take care of me. I am, I am so grateful. It mattered, when I didn't think it mattered. I am thankful that I didn't suffer anything worse than stitches! So, I'm lucky! I'm so lucky! I'm grateful to the doctor for doing such a good job too. I am still as always, grateful to all the good things in life. I have a great husband. I have a great family and I have so much love - now I realise not just from my family but also from my friends. I am so blessed. I am thankful for life's great experiences in which I get to share, enjoy and learn from. I am thankful for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse. I am thankful for a physically healthy body - I would have a speedy recovery - I know. Life is good. Life is also great.

My eye is swollen! Oh dear. But I'm sure it'll be back to normal by lunch time :)

Yesterday was a rather odd ocassion of a sleepless night. Nevertheless, I still woke up for my training this morning - which was great. And the weather - absolutely loving it!

I continue to be thankful - for all the great things in my life. I am thankful for the love that I am constantly surrounded by from my family and husband, I am thankful and happy that I will be going home again next week to be with my family and loved ones, I am thankful for a healthy and fit body in which I can think, feel, act and love, I am thankful for the great experiences in life in which I get to enjoy, share and learn from, I am thankful for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse, I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way all the time, I am thankful for meeting nice people everyday. My nose is still running. But overall, I feel good and fine. I took it easy at the gym this morning. But I want to quickly recover and resume my full-blown training. Please bless me with a speedy recovery and regaining my full energy.

Today, I am going to start off by asking for your guidance and blessing in helping me keep the faith and stay positive. Also to guide me to become a better person - kinder, more compassionate, more patient, more understanding and more inspiring. I would also like to deter from negative thoughts and feelings and think only positive thoughts and good thoughts. Please guide me and bless me.

I am of course, always thankful for a life that has treated me very well and I am a very lucky and blessed child. Dearest LB & GY,

I'm back once again. I have some thoughts in my head. I feel sorry for the people in Japan, but I realised that I haven't exactly tried my best to follow the news there or watch any of the videos, etc.... I'm not sure if it i sbecause subconsciously I do not want to see the horror or the tragedy of life lost and the shock of destruction or is it because I am simply uninterested. But I do pray for the people of Japan - to find the strength to face this tragedy with poise, peace and calm. I also recently received news of the demise of the Wedding Wishes client - and again, I find myself unaffected emotionally. For this, I can only take it as that I wasn't involved physically in the project and as such, I wasn't close to her and have not been following her news. But of course, I do still pray for her and her loved ones to find the strength to carry on and be happy that she is now in a better place. I do and I don't feel the need to publicise this, I guess. I don't wish for anyone to lose a loved one. I also had a small un-positive-like issue after my AWP meeting and it was amongst friends from my industry team and it just made me quite heartsick to hear about it and of course, my first natural reaction was to behave just as childishly. I pray for your guidance to steer me and keep me on the positive path of thought and behaviour.

I begin my prayers with my prayers of gratitude. I am thankful that the Splendour of Nature project ended on a pretty much high note and a success despite some shortfalls here and there. I had a lot of fun and I am thankful for that too. I am thankful for having had the opportunity to spend some time with my Dad and my Ah Por during my trip back home and it was very meaningful for me. I am thankful that I have a family that so, so, so love me and spoil me. I am blessed, so very blessed. I am thankful for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse. I am thankful for the great experiences that I get to enjoy and learn from all the time. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way. I am thankful for a physically healthy body to think, feel, do and love. Life is good. Thank you.

I would once again be missing my prayers here for a whole week and I'm going to do an advance one for the whole week. Please bear with me and please give me your blessings.

Right now, I am not feeling very well and I feel physically tired and it seems like I'm on the edge of getting irritated with small things. But I'd like to pray from my heart with a clear mind still and I do not wish to do so just for the sake of doing it either.

I am always thankful. I know that I am blessed and I am lucky for a life that has treated me very well, with a lot of love from family, husband and friends, with a lot of money in my bank accounts and my purse, with a lot of opportunities that have been granted to me and that keep coming my way, with a physically healthy body to think, feel and love, with a lot of experiences to learn and enjoy from, with a roof over my head, with clothes on my body and with food to fuel me. I am blessed. Thank you.

My prayers are the same everyday, but they are all the things that I pray for, that I want for myself and all of my loved ones.

Ok, my training had been pretty much sucky since the work weekend I had 2 weeks ago. Perhaps, it is my body's way of telling me to rest. I'm just literally tired and I feel rather under the weather. Please help me get through with more energy.

Dearest LB & GY,

Thank you - I had a great swim this morning :) And I generally feel much better after that. It's amazing how a good workout session elevates my mood and perhaps energy level. I'm not sure if it is psychological.

I realized that everyday, I say the same prayers over and over again. But those are my prayers and admittedly, it was also easier that way. Today, I'm going to try to put my heartfelt piece into a less complicated prayer.

I know life has been good to me. I am thankful for that. Thankful for so many things that are good in my life. Thankful for great experiences - enjoyable and learnt ones. Thankful for the simple things in life that I need like shelter, food, clothes. Thankful for so much love in my life. Thankful for good friends, great family and a loving husband.

All that I really want is for my family, my whole family, to be safe, sound and live a long and prosperous life. I want them to be happy. I want them to live life too.

I also want my husband to be happy and to rewarded in his career. I want him to have a good life too and I want him to excel in his work. I can be sometimes such a spoilt brat. I am learning to be understanding too and I need your guidance here.

Is my faith wavering or am I just being too sensitive? Ok, maybe my faith is not wavering. I'm just feeling low energy this week and I'm not so focused. My head tells me I have a lot of work yet to be completed, but I can't seem to focus on completing the task at hand and when I do get to it - it doesn't seem to be a lot of work. Yet, I still have this nagging feeling that it is a lot of work. What is going on in my head? Please, Lord Buddha and Guan Yin, guide me to stay focused and be charged up to do all my work the best I can. Thank you.

I pray that my projects with G&J, C&P and T&A take off smoothly and are all beautifully implemented and it draws more of such nice clients to TWP. I pray that my project with Sofitel take off smoothly and the successful implementation further boosts the wedding business for TWP and LFC. I pray that LFC launches successfully into the market and experiences rapid financial growth within the year. I pray that MR continue finding financial and business growth and each project is implemented successfully. I pray that NS continues growing by leaps and bounds and is further established as the go-to company for destination weddings as well as that we reap the financial rewards of our labour and efforts within the year. I pray that SP launches successfully and becomes the next big thing to hit KL within the year. I pray that JFT closes the 5th issue on a financially rewarding note. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I pray for the children at the orphanage to always find themselves surrounded by love and happiness and that they lead wonderful lives and grow up to be wonderful and inspiring people. Thank you.

Dearest LB & GY,

 

Today was not bad for my training. Still not fast in the morning. Hmmm...

I have a lot of work to do and I need to keep focused. I will. I am focused. Thank you for your guidance.

 

I am also thankful for a life that has been good to me. Thank you for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse. Thank you for the endless opportunities that had been presented to me and that keep coming my way in both my career and personal life. Thank you for the love that I am constantly enveloped in from my family, friends and husband. Thank you for a fit and healthy body in which I can do the things that I need to do and to do the things that I want to do. Thank you. Life is good.

 

I pray for the safety, health and well-being of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. I pray that they are always safe, sound and away from harm's way and I pray that they live a long, long, long and prosperous life. Thank you.
