I am always thankful for all the good food that I get to choose to eat. I am thankful for the abundance of opportunities that I am presented with in both my career and my personal life. I am thankful for all the nice people I meet everyday. I am thankful, for a loving husband, a loving family who keeps me surrounded and enveloped deeply in love. I am really lucky. :)

I pray as always, for the safety, health and well-being of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Thank you for having blessed them all these while and may they always be safe, sound and healthy. I can't wait to see my Grandmas this coming CNY.

I pray that my husband will find enjoyment in his work and that the fruit of his labours will bear soon and he will be able to reap the rewards he deserve very soon too. I pray that everything in his work will go smoothly for him.

I pray that my project with Nagaworld will take off smoothly and that the successful implementation and planning of this project will boost the wedding businesses I have here in Cambodia. I pray that LF will take off here in Cambodia and that the success of it will further boost our expansion plans. I also pray for MR and my team at MR to find continuous success and be presented with endless business opportunities to achieve our targets. I pray to for NS to continue to grow by leaps and bounds and that the year will be another fruitful one for NS.

I pray for my friends and partners to find joy, wealth and success in whatever they seek out to do and that the year will be a smooth-sailing one for all of them too.

Dearest LB & GY,

Would it be appropriate to wish you a Merry X'mas? :)
Today is Christmas Day and I will be spending some time with the kids at the orphanage. I cannot believe that I have been doing this for a year already and I've grown to enjoy the kids' company. I wonder though, what happens with the kids when I leave? Will they remember me? Will we keep in touch? Will I see them again? Can you tell me? Sometimes, they even appear in my dreams!

Starting off with my thanks.... I am thankful for being invited to celebrate X'mas eve with the kids at the orphanage. It was fun - even though I couldn't understand the language very well. I am thankful for the unending choice of food that I get to choose from, to eat, to serve, to cook, to my whims and fancy. I am thankful for the abundance of money in my purse and my bank account in which I can buy the things I want and pamper myself whenever I want to. I am thankful for a near-perfect body - I can listen and hear, I can read and see, I can think and feel, I can run, walk, swim, cycle.... I am so thankful because I get to live my dreams. I am thankful for the safety and health and well-being of my family and loved ones. I am thankful for the love that constantly surrounds my life. So very thankful. I can feel the love :)

Today, I pray for the safety, health and well-being of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Please keep them safe, sound and out of harm's way.

I pray that the kids at the orphanage will have a truly nice X'mas this year with us. Actually, I think it is the other way around - the kids are making our X'mas better. :)

I pray that my husband's labour of efforts at work will bear the fruits of rewards soon and that all his projects and campaigns will fly without any hitches, glitches and turbulance.

I pray that my project with Nagaworld will sail smoothly, and that the successful implementation of the project will boost the wedding business for me here in Cambodia. Today, UU will be speaking to LF and I pray that the outcome of the meeting would be that of a success and all things will fall in place soon.

I pray yet again, for your guidance in helping me be a better person and for having the faith and strength to stay positive. I only want to attract good things, positive things!

I also pray for the world to be a kinder and more compassionate place.

Thank You

Eileen

16th December 2010

Dear LB & GY,

I am trying consciously to rid my mind of negative thoughts. Practising the law of attraction :) Learning to "change frequencies" from negative to positive.

As per usual, I shall start off with a prayer for the safety, health and well-being of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Please keep them safe from harm and please ensure they stay healthy and well.

I pray that despite my husband's busy work, that all his campaigns, projects and clients which he is handling willl be smooth-sailing without hindrances. He has the virtues any employer would want in an employee and hopefully that would make him rise above the rest.

I pray that my Nagaworld project would be finalized soon and would take off without a glitch. I pray that the project would be smooth-sailing and it will help me reap the fruits of reward for my business here in Cambodia. I pray too that my meeting with HC will materialize soon and that it will also help jump-start the business here for me. I pray that UU's meeting with LF will also bear fruit for an expansion plan into Cambodia.

I pray for your guidance in helping me stay positive and helping me be a better person - one who is kinder, more compassionate and definitely more patient.

Lastly, I pray for all to find peace and strength in everything that they do and may they find the joys of positive-thinking.

Thank You

Eileen

13th December 2010

Dear LB & GY,

My parents had left for KL. Suddenly, I miss them terribly. It had been fun having them around. Sometimes, life is funny like that - I cannot explain. But when you see some people everyday, you hardly ever miss them, or rather, you take them for granted. But when they leave, there is a big hole to fill. For me, my parents had provided a lot of cheer and entertainment while they have been around. And now, it seems very quiet to the point of boredom. I pray for them to have a safe journey home.

As always, I pray for the safety, health and well-being of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. May they always, always stay safe, sound and healthy. Thank you for looking out after them.

I pray for your guidance to help me be a better person. One who is kinder, more compassionate and of course, one who is more patient. I know there are always room for improvement.

I pray that my husband's work, all his campaigns and projects will take place without any glitches and that it will be smooth-sailing for him. I cannot ask for it to be stress-free. There will be stress, but I am praying for him to have it smooth-sailing.

I pray that my Nagaworld project will take off smoothly too and that there will be no hindrance nor roadblocks. I also pray that my meeting with HC will be a very fruitful one and with that, it will spell the success for my business here in Cambodia. I will definitely work hard on it, of course.

I pray too for the world to be one filled with kinder and more compassionate people and we will see less of war and deaths.

Thank you very much for blessing my life with so much love thus far.

The idiocy of people using the roads here in Cambodia is really driving me up the walls nuts. I pray for patience. And of course safety for myself and my husband when we use the roads.

I have some friends too who are going through some pretty tough times. I pray that they will find the much needed strength to overcome their challenges and I pray that they will come out of it unscathed.

For the rest of the world, I pray for them to find peace in their darkest hours and I pray for them to find joy in the existing kindness that some of us do display.

Thank You

2nd December 2010

Dear LB & GY,

Very bad. Today, I nearly forgot my daily prayers. Just that I had a little bit of some annoying emails which distracted me. It shouldn't be an excuse, I know. I'm having my period today. It shouldn't be an excuse too.

I feel a bit down today - after the emails. I don't know why - everytime I feel a minuscle amount of hope, I will get something that will almost dampen it for me.

Dear Lord Buddha and Guan Yin,

As always, I pray for the safety of my loved ones - my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Thank you for blessing them and keeping them safe all these while and I pray that they will continue to be safe and sound, out of harm's and hurt's way. Thank you, thank you.

Yesterday, my landlord's driver helped me check my car engine. I am thankful that there are kind people in this world. Please pray for this man who helped me despite language barriers and not asking for anything in return to find the happiness that he hopes for. I pray for his safety too - when he is out on the road.

I pray for my husband's work to be smooth-sailing for him without glitches and he too, would be able to find enjoyment with his work.

I pray for a deal-breaker to come through for my Cambodia business - an opportunity for me to overcome the challenges I am currently facing and for me to have something concrete to work on. I promise I will work hard on it.

I pray too, for your continuous guidance in helping me be a better, kinder, more compassionate person. Definitely could do with some patience too.

Thank you for blessing me with so much love in my life all these while. I truly appreciate that and I know I am luckier than the average person for this.

Eileen

1st December 2010

Dear LB & GY,

I find myself keeping check of my thoughts. Is it not good if I have bad thoughts even if I don't say it out loud? Hmmm.....

Today, I start with my prayers for the safety of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Please keep them safe and sound and please keep them away from the path of hurt and / or harm.

Today also, I pray that Sofitel and Nagaworld will come back to me with good news on the wedding partnerships that we have been discussing and proposing thus far - hopefully, they will come back to me soon so that I may begin working very hard on it.

I pray for my husband's work to be smooth-flowing for him and there will be no glitches or road-blocks along the way for him. I truly appreciate that he is a wonderful, wonderful husband. I don't think I could ask for more (though I sometimes do).

I pray for the world to find peace in their hours of darkness and I pray for them to find strength in their hours of despair.

Thank you Lord Buddha and Guan Yin for having surrounded me with love all these while.

30th November 2010

Dear LB & GY,

My mood is not-so-good. I try. I've so many things to be thankful for which means I shouldn't be feeling this way!

Today, I pray once again, for the safety of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. May they be safe from all harm and hurt. Please do keep them safe and sound!

Thank you for your blessings in keeping them safe so far. I truly appreciate that and I pray that they will always be safe.

I pray for me to catch a break this week on the business front. I do not wish to sit idly but I pray for your guidance as to where and how I should go about looking for this window of opportunity. Please let me find it.

I pray that my husband's workflow would be smooth and there will be no glitches for him in the work and career front.

I also pray for the world to find peace and strength in their undertakings.

Thank you Lord Buddha and Guan Yin for listening to my prayers.

29th November 2010

Dear LB & GY,

My in-laws have left. I need to be less anal as a person. Ok, I need to learn to be less anal as a person.
But nevertheless, I still hoped they have enjoyed themselves. I think it is not so much as having fun, but seeing their son and spending some time with him too - so in that aspect, I hope they have had fun.

I thought to be more specific with my prayers today. And I shouldn't generalize too much, yes?

As always, I start with my prayers for the safety of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Please bless them and keep them safe from harm's and hurt's way.

I pray too, once again for the souls of those who perished in the Cambodian stampede tragedy. I pray that their relatives would be able to identify them and send them off in the way they feel would give them their own peace of mind. For the survivors, I pray that they find strength.

I pray for me to be given the opportunity to do wedding plans and decorations for the local Cambodian market and that this part of the business will take off. I pray that Nagaworld would sign for us to be wedding partners very soon and I promise I will work very hard to ensure success for this if given the chance.

I pray for my husband to have a smooth working flow with every project that he is responsible for and he will have little trouble or set-backs standing before him.

Thank you for keeping me surrounded by a lot of love all these while. I still truly appreciate that very much.

Eileen

28th November 2010

Dear LB & GY,

I may not be a good person, but I'm not a bad person either. That's what I think. Today, while running, I actually thought about the fact that the tragedy will be a dampener on the Diamond Island weddings and it could be used as an opportunity for Nagaworld and I was wondering if I should suggest it to Naga. Does this make me a bad person?

I pray for the souls of those who were lost in the tragedy. May they find peace. I pray for the survivors - may they find strength. From the bottom of my heart, I don't think they deserve it. But I am not judge or jury, I think.

I pray too, as always for the safety of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Please, please keep them safe and out of harm or hurt's way. If it were to happen, let it be me.

I pray for your guidance in helping me become a better person with only good thoughts. I will try to keep myself in check as well. But please guide me. I pray for you to help ensure that it will be a smooth journey for my husband and myself in both our careers and businesses. I really need a break to overcome the financial challenges I am facing now. I won't be greedy.

As always, I am thankful, still, for being where I am today - alive and well with a lot of love surrounding me.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Eileen

27th November 2010

Dear LB & GY,

I think I am having my PMS today - and as such, get irritated rather easily. I should seriously learn to keep my emotions in check!

As always, I pray for the safety of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my extended family. Please keep them safe, sound and healthy. If anyone were to be harmed or hurt - I would rather it be me.

I pray for peace and strength for the victims and survivors of the Cambodian tragedy. I pray that they would be able to rebuild their lives stronger and better.

I pray for my husband and my brother to have smooth working journey - whatever their job / work requires of them. Please don't let there be too many things in their way.

I pray for you to please guide me in making the right decisions for my businesses. I pray for a smooth workflow too and with opportunities for me to overcome the challenges I face.

Lord Buddha and Guan Yin, I pray for your guidance, as I want to be a useful person in this world. I pray for you to bless me with peace and calm and positivity.

Thank you very very much.

Eileen

26th November 2010

Dear LB & GY,

I forgot again. My emails seemed to take no. 1 spot over saying my prayers first - despite there being a note on my laptop as a reminder. I will try to be mindful.

I am thankful for the love and blessings I have received so far in my life. I know sometimes life is challenging - but I am thankful that I am luckier than millions of other people in this world. I had a great childhood, I've got great parents, grandparents and I knew the love of a family - despite all our differences and ups and downs. For that, I am lucky.

Today, I pray once again for the safety of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Please protect them and keep them safe from any harm or hurt. I would rather be the one to be harmed and / or hurt in place of them.

Dear Lord Buddha and Guan Yin, I forgot about the lady who drowned and subsequently passed away. Please pray for her soul to find peace. I regret that I haven't been nicer to her. But I honestly did not wish for her to be harmed or hurt.

I pray for your guidance to help me be a good person. To be kinder, to be more understanding and to be more patient in life and everything that I do. I do not wish to be a bad person. Or a useless person.

I pray for your blessing in ensuring that my work is smooth and I will be given an opportunity to pull through these challenging times. I am not a greedy person. I want to be able to make enough money to live in a modest manner, have money to treat my parents and my family to some of the things they had to sacrifice in order to raise me and also have more money left to help the poor and unfortunate people. I do wish to have a lot of money so that buying KFC for the children at the orphanage isn't something I need to think twice about.

Thank you for listening to my prayers. And Thank You for your blessings.

Eileen

25th November 2010

Dear LB & GY,

It's me again. I was meant to do this first thing when I start my computer. But old habits are sometimes hard to change. I started my emails first and then Facebooked and then...... ok, no excuses. I am sorry.

Today, I would like to pray for the peace and strength of those who were affected by the Cambodian stampede tragedy. I pray that they will find their own peace somehow.

I pray too, for the safety of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. May they stay safe and sound and in good health. Please, please, Lord Buddha and Guan Yin, please keep them safe.

I pray for everything to go smoothly at the workfront for my husband and also for myself. I pray for there to be a guiding light as to what I should do with my businesses.

I pray for your guidance to be a useful person to the world. I want to be a useful person to the world.

I pray for you to guide me on the path to be more patient as a person.

I also would like to say THANK YOU - for having kept my family and loved ones safe from harm's way all these while. I truly appreciate this.

Thank You.

24th November 2010

Dear LB & GY,

I haven't done this in a long time. But I'm going to try. I've been told that there are many ways in which one can say her prayers. I'm going to do this the best way I know how - that is to write. And I promise even if my prayers were repeated, I will never do a "copy & paste" thing.

I'm really not sure how this works. But, to what I understand, I'll just say what comes to heart.

Today, I pray for the souls of those who have perished in the Cambodian stampede. I hope they will find peace. I pray for the survivors. I hope they will find strength.

I pray too, for the safety of everyone I love - my Grandmas, my Mom, my Dad, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. On this note, I would like to say Thank You - for having kept all of us safe thus far. I am in gratitude of your blessings.

For myself, I pray for your guidance and your blessings - for me to be a useful human being and for me to face the challenges that I am facing at work. I feel I am at a very bad place now with my work. So please guide me and please let it all be smooth-flowing for me.

I am still thankful for all the love I have in my life right now.

Eileen
