Will be doing my advance prayers once again in anticipation of my travel plans. I thank you in advance for a good race in Bali. I thank you in advance for a good trip in Bali - also for my parents. I thank you in advance to an extremely successful launch of the SP event during this time. I pray for your blessings in all of them. Thank you.

I am thankful that my prayers are always answered and that I am always blessed. Life has treated me well and I am grateful. I know that my not-so-fit condition and probably my PMS is no excuse for my misbehaviour on the road this morning. I shouldn't have. It was definitely rather bad of me. I really need to learn to keep everything in check!

Dearest LB & GY,

I've just lost it today. I woke up with a cold and running nose and cough and feeling tired and I'm thinking I have one more week to race day. It just never ends. From the fall to the cough to the rib pain to the knee pain to the fever and now the flu. I don't get it. Is this some kind of sign? What is it? I'm truly sorry, but I feel extreme frustration. I do not know what this is about. I know I've been pushing hard with my training. But it's because I have a race to get to. Is this a sign not to race? I don't know. I really don't know. Don't we put in efforts to achieve what we want to achieve?

I'm truly sorry again. I'm just extremely frustrated. I'm not at peace and calm, I know. Which is not good.
I'm not in the right frame of mind. I sneeze and there's a sharp pain on my ribs. It's painful. I'm in pain. I'm in frustration.

I pray for the next couple of days too.

I lost a bit of my temper today and scolded someone on the road. Sigh. I still have a long way to go. I had a good swim this morning, but generally, my body is feeling tired. Ok, I need to continue working on my patience when using the streets of Phnom Penh. Lost it a little this morning. I'm sorry. Sorry to myself too.

I know you have always been looking out for me, blessing me and answering my prayers. I am thankful and I am lucky and blessed. Life has been good to me. I am thankful for the food on the table, clothes on my back, roofs over my head and the abundance of money in my bank accounts and my purse. First of all, I would like to say thank you. I am truly grateful for a successful event. I am grateful that my prayers as always have been answered and I am loved and blessed. The event went as well as it could. I prayed on Friday morning, I know you heard me. I was lost, down and off-focused. But like a miracle, after the prayers, I had such clarity. Thank you for the wisdom, for the faith for everything. I now pray for a smooth-sailing solution to the customs issue that still needs to be sorted out.
