Dearest LB & GY,

I was obviously scaring myself about my fitness level. Had no idea what happened when I was back in KL and just felt like I could not run at all. But I think I've done well yesterday and kind of today. I'm looking forward to this afternoon, tomorrow and everyday after :)

I'm also pleased that the PMS hasn't quite shown itself. I need to also get back to embracing my zen-ness and keeping my mind calm and free of bad thoughts. I'd still like to be open and accepting to things and people. I need to learn how to do that. But please grant me the wisdom to know how to do so.

I pray for your blessings in helping my friend get a speedy recovery. Please bless her with a miracle and please help her stay strong and positive. Thank you.

I pray for your blessings in granting my husband that big break he's been waiting for. Please do bless him and please do bless us. Thank you.

I continue to be grateful for a life that has treated me and my loved ones very well. I am thankful for all the love, opportunities and great experiences. I am thankful for being so privileged. I am thankful for the food on my table, clothes on my back and roofs over my head. I am thankful that all my prayers are always heard and answered. I know I am a lucky and blessed child. Life is great indeed.

I pray that my family - both immediate and extended, my loved ones, my friends and all those in need are always safe, sound and healthy and that they all live long and prosperous lives. I pray that they are always happy and they all enjoy life's greatest moments and pleasures always. I pray that everything goes smoothly for them too. Thank you.

I pray that my husband's career continues sailing smoothly for him and that he finds financial rewards, career advancement and great opportunities lying in wait for him everywhere he goes. I pray that you bless him and grant him the big break that he's been waiting for. I pray also that you bless him and guide him in gaining renewed passion and be reinspired to achieve all of his dreams. Thank you.

I pray that all of my businesses continue flourishing financially and grow successfully within this year and that every project under each individual business are planned perfectly, implemented successfully and executed beautifully. I pray too for your blessings and guidance in helping me with my communication with all my different clients and let it be smooth and clear always. I pray also that all the different partners that I work with continue working cohesively together as a team and support one another unconditionally towards achieving our goals. I pray that we all reap the financial rewards of our efforts and passion within this year. Thank you.
