I know I am trying to adjust to living here in Myanmar and I'm sure I can do with a lot more patience. A lot of times, I try to think - yes, I am lucky to have it and therefore, it is better than nothing. But I am also struggling with thinking - is this the kind of standards I will live with? I am thankful, I am, for a life that has treated me and my loved ones very well. I am thankful for being such a privileged kid with so much great abundances in my life. I am thankful for all the love, opportunities and great experiences. I am thankful for the food on my table, clothes on my back and roofs over my head.
