I was obviously scaring myself about my fitness level. Had no idea what happened when I was back in KL and just felt like I could not run at all. But I think I've done well yesterday and kind of today. I'm looking forward to this afternoon, tomorrow and everyday after :)

I'm also pleased that the PMS hasn't quite shown itself. I need to also get back to embracing my zen-ness and keeping my mind calm and free of bad thoughts. I'd still like to be open and accepting to things and people. I need to learn how to do that. But please grant me the wisdom to know how to do so.
