I am continuously thankful and grateful for a life that has treated me and my loved ones very well. I am thankful for being such a privileged kid with so much great abundances in my life. I am not sure why today I was greatly disturbed by being told off. It's nobody's fault except mine for being naughty. What happened to me?

 

I am having bad thought. It's not malicious but I think they may be wrong? Please guide me.

 

Though, I am thankful that my fitness is back on track. Very grateful indeed. I just need to get over the stench. Please guide me and bless me.
