Dearest LB & GY,

I have to say I'm feeling much better. I pray for your blessings during my race in Bali. Tomorrow, I finish my last training before I rest for the race. Hopefully, the sea is calm during the race!

I know life has been good to me and I know you have been giving me all your blessings and answering all my prayers. I am grateful. I am also thankful for the food on the table, clothes on my back, roofs over my head and the abundance of money in my bank accounts. I am also thankful for the love that keeps surrounding me from my family, friends and husband. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way. I am thankful for all of life's greatest moments in which I get to share, enjoy and learn from. I am thankful for a healthy body, mind and soul in which I can think, feel and love. Life is great indeed and I am a lucky and blessed child.

I pray for my family - both immediate and extended - to always be safe, sound and healthy and that they all live long and prosperous lives. I pray that they are always happy and that they enjoy all of life's greatest moments and pleasures. Thank you.

I pray for Nick's mother - to be happy, healthy and comfortable and I pray that she stays strong and I pray that the family stays strong by her side. Thank you.

I pray that my husband's career continue to sail smoothly for him and that he finds financial growth and career advancement within this month. I pray that all the projects he manages are huge successes and that he is recognized for his creativity, skills, talents and experiences. Thank you.

I pray that all of my businesses - SP, JFT, LFC, MR, NS, TWP - flourish financially and grow successfully within this year and that all projects under each individual business are planned perfectly, implemented successfully and executed beautifully. I pray that SP launch is a huge success and I pray too that we win the project for M&L and H&S. I pray also that all the different partners I work with continue to work cohesively together as a team and that we support one another unconditionally. I pray that we all reap the financial rewards of our efforts and passion within this year too. Thank you.

Dearest LB & GY,

I know that my not-so-fit condition and probably my PMS is no excuse for my misbehaviour on the road this morning. I shouldn't have. It was definitely rather bad of me. I really need to learn to keep everything in check!

I know my prayers are always answered and I know I have your blessings and guidance always. I am thankful for that. I am also thankful for the wonderful weekend with my family, spending time with my Dad, Mom and my brother too. That was really very nice. I am thankful as always, for the love that constantly surrounds me from my family, friends and husband. I am thankful for the food on the table, clothes on my back, roofs over my head and the abundance of money in my bank accounts and my purse. Dearest LB & GY,

I've just lost it today. I woke up with a cold and running nose and cough and feeling tired and I'm thinking I have one more week to race day. It just never ends. From the fall to the cough to the rib pain to the knee pain to the fever and now the flu. I don't get it. Is this some kind of sign? What is it? I'm truly sorry, but I feel extreme frustration. I do not know what this is about. I know I've been pushing hard with my training. But it's because I have a race to get to. Is this a sign not to race? I don't know. I really don't know. Don't we put in efforts to achieve what we want to achieve?

I'm truly sorry again. I'm just extremely frustrated. I'm not at peace and calm, I know. Which is not good.
I'm not in the right frame of mind. I sneeze and there's a sharp pain on my ribs. It's painful. I'm in pain. I'm in frustration.

I pray for the next couple of days too.

I pray for all good things for myself and my family and all my friends and loved ones.
I pray for a speedy recovery and a good race.

I lost a bit of my temper today and scolded someone on the road. Sigh. I still have a long way to go. I had a good swim this morning, but generally, my body is feeling tired. I'm hoping the tapering off next week would help me regain my energy and fitness level. I need it to race well in Bali. With your blessings, I am sure I will.

Well, today, I had not that bad a training. I wish I could resume to my super-fit level 3 months back. I felt I was at my peak then. I wish to go back to then! But nevertheless, I am thankful for a good day of training.

Today was an abysmal disappointment in my training. I'm beginning to feel like achieving Top 10 in the Bali race is most likely out of the question. I will still try to gun for it and with your blessings, I will do well.
