Thank you for a fabulous meal yesterday with Chef. Well, thank you for having our paths cross and then giving our paths a second chance to cross. Thank you for keeping all of my loved ones and friends safe, sound and healthy. Thank you for all the good food that I get to enjoy all the time. Thank you for a physically fit and healthy body that enables me to do anything I want - run, walk, cycle, swim, race, train, think, feel, love and be loved. Dearest LB & GY,
Thank you for yet another good training session. A little low in the energy, but I managed to focus and complete :)
I almost ran into a homeless person sleeping on the streets this morning. I wish there weren't anybody who has to do that. I can't judge - as to why they remain poor or why they choose to live on the streets. I don't know them and I don't know what happened. I just wish that everyone had a chance at life being good.
I am thankful, for the many homes that I have. I just realized that I do have plenty to choose to live in and I am so grateful for that. I am thankful for the abundance of money in my bank account and my purse. I am thankful for so much great food to choose to eat. I am thankful for a fit and healthy body - I can run, walk, swim, cycle, exercise, train, race, basically do anything I wish without difficulties. I am thankful for all the love that surrounds me always, deeply and I am thankful for the love that I have to give back. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that have been presented to me so far in both my personal life and my career. I am thankful for such a great opening to the year 2011. I am thankful for a doting husband. Life IS good :)

Dearest LB & GY,
I'm trying to learn the lessons in forgiving, forgetting, patience and letting it go.
I think I need to understand it as a whole - a concept, and then the consequences and rewards - if they be the right words. Well, the tuk-tuk driver hasn't been the first thing on my mind this morning. But I'm not sure that is a lesson learnt!
But I am thankful, and grateful - for a smooth signing of the deal with C&P yesterday. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am thankful for so many things going right in my life - I am thankful for a physically abled body to see, run, read, hear, listen, talk, walk, eat, swim, cycle, exercise, the list is never ending but I am thankful I can do whatever I wish, whenever I wish. I am thankful for the abundance of money in my bank account and my purse always. I am thankful for all the great food I get to eat, cook, serve and share with equally great company. I am thankful for the abundance of opportunities that have been served my way, in both my personal life and my career. I am thankful for the kind people I meet ever so often. I am thankful for all the love that envelopes me so deeply within its folds and constantly being surrounded by it. Life is good.

Dearest LB & GY,
Yesterday, I was confronted by a tuk-tuk man who totally sent my head reeling in annoyance. I had remained calm throughout the whole process and did not pick a fight. I was even rather proud that the first thing I thought about him was that he must be having a bad day. But then, it just all went downhill from there as I cannot get it off my head - just what was his problem, really?! Is this my lesson in patience? Is this my lesson in compassion? I want to scold him and tell him off too! That would've been easier. I didn't realize it would be so damn difficult to hold it all back and consciously THINK GOOD and POSITIVE thoughts. Oh my goodness...... please let me find peace. Please guide me.
Despite, I am still thankful - thankful that my short story has been chosen as a literature piece for university students. I am thankful that I am given the opportunity to shine through my writing. I am thankful for a physically-abled body - I can see, read, hear, listen, think, feel, love, run, walk, talk, swim, cycle... do as I please. Thankful that I have all the great food to eat at my choice. I am thankful that I have an abundance of money in my bank account and my purse. I am thankful that I have been given endless opportunities both in my personal life and my career. I am thankful for always, always being surrounded and enveloped in love from my family, my husband and my friends. I am thankful for my life.

I'm feeling a little low in energy and I think I'm having my PMS. Oh dear. Please help me stay positive!
Thank you for a safe ride home today on my bike. Thank you too, for blessing me with a wonderful landlady who is warm and friendly. Thank you for a physically-abled body - with eyes to see and read, ears to listen and hear, brains to think and feel and a heart to love and be loved. Thank you for being able to walk, swim, run, cycle, talk, eat, taste! Thank you for all the good food that I get to enjoy. Thank you for the abundance of money in my bank account and my purse. Thank you for the endless opportunities that have been presented to me all these while in my life - whether it be for personal or career. Thank you for all the love that I am constantly enveloped in. I am definitely a lucky girl!

Thank you for a physically-able body - I can see and read, listen and hear, think and feel, love and be loved, run, walk, swim, cycle, talk, exercise, move, eat, taste...... I am utmostly grateful for this. Thank you for all the great food in which I get to choose, eat, enjoy. Thank you for the abundance of money in my bank account and my purse. Thank you for all the endless opportunities that I have been presented with in my personal life as well as my career. Thank you for the undying love of my family, my husband and my friends. Thank you for a physically-able body - I can see and read, listen and hear, think and feel, love and be loved, run, walk, swim, cycle, talk, exercise, move, eat, taste...... I am utmostly grateful for this. Thank you for all the great food in which I get to choose, eat, enjoy. Thank you for the abundance of money in my bank account and my purse. Thank you for all the endless opportunities that I have been presented with in my personal life as well as my career. Thank you for the undying love of my family, my husband and my friends. Thank you for opportunities in which I get to inspire. Thank you in advance for a great year ahead :)
As always, I shall start with my prayers for the safety, health and well-being of my family - my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Thank you for having kept them safe and sound all these while and please continue keeping them safe, sound and away from harm's way.
I pray for my husband's work to be smooth for him and that he reap the rewards of his efforts and labours very soon. I pray too for the opportunities presented to him in which to advance his career and also areas where he find enjoyment in his work.
I pray for the successful planning and implementation of my Nagaworld project and that the smooth-sailing success of this will boost the TWP business I have here in Cambodia. I pray also for MR and the MR team to be presented with endless business opportunities in which to grow the business and all projects will be implemented excellently and smoothly. I pray that my partners of LF will believe the same things as I do and the success of LF in Cambodia will further boost the business for expansion and growth. I pray that NS will continuously reap the fruits of our labour and grow by leaps and bounds. I pray too for JFT to have yet another good year and will continue to find encouraging support from all our advertisers. Thank you for the abundance of business opportunities.
I pray for your continued guidance in helping me be a better person - one who is more patient, kinder, more compassionate and one who is always with a positive outlook and attitude. Life is good and I thank you for that.
I pray for the kids at the orphanage - I pray that they will always find joy and happiness and is constantly surrounded by love and kindness and that they will grow up to be wonderful, inspiring people.

Dearest LB & GY,
Good Morning. :)
I am proud of myself for not missing a single day of prayers since I started. But I'm afraid, when CNY comes, and I am away, I might be. But I'll figure it out.
I'm thankful for all the good things in life that has come my way. I am thankful for a physically-abled body - I can run, walk, swim, cycle, talk, carry stuff, read, see, listen, hear, think, feel, taste, eat. I am thankful for having a roof over my head. I am thankful for all the good food that I am able to enjoy, taste, cook, serve. I am thankful for the abundance of money in my bank account and my purse. I am thankful for the endless opportunities that have been presented to me in both my personal life and my career. I am thankful for the love I am always surrounded in - from my family, my husband, my friends. I am thankful for a chance to inspire others and be a useful person in this life.
Once again, I start off with a prayer for the safety, health and well-being of my Ah Por, Por Por, my parents, my brother, my husband and my entire extended family. Thank you for keeping them safe and sound and may they always be safe and sound and healthy.
I pray for my husband to reap the rewards of his efforts at work very soon and that all the numerous projects and clients and campaigns that he is managing will all be smooth-going and that he will always have creative ideas to spur them as well as himself ahead.
I pray that my project with Nagaworld will take off smoothly and the successful implementation of the project would boost the wedding businesses I have here in Cambodia. I pray that MR and the MR team will be presented with endless opportunities to achieve its targets and grow the business and that all projects will be smoothly implemented. I pray that NS will continue a healthy financial growth and will continue keeping up its good reputation. I pray that LF will successfully be launched here in Cambodia and that the successful growth of the business will further boost the expansion of the business all over.
