I have a .... not very good confession to make. Something I'm not quite understanding of.
I mean, I need some guidance.
Yesterday, the local temple here held some prayers and it went on all day and all night long and it was non-stop. Whilst I was ok with it during the day, it was the sleeping hours that kinda got to me and I found myself thinking - how inconsiderate it is to do so. Is it wrong for me to think that when the prayers are meant to be good? Ok, I may not know what the prayers mean, but I take it they mean well as all prayers are. I am not so sure and I do feel guilty for thinking that. But.... how do you help me understand and remain at peace?
I also just heard my friend's father passed away today, on her birthday. I pray for your blessings in helping her stay strong through this period. Thank you.
Thank you for blessing my husband with this great offer here in YG and inadvertently blessing us with this new experience. Please continue blessing and guiding him and let this be the big break that he's been waiting for. I am continuously thankful for a life that has treated me and my loved ones very well. I am thankful for being such a privileged kid with so much great abundances in my life. I am thankful for all the love, opportunitie and great experiences. I am thankful for the food on my table, clothes on my back and roofs over my head. I am thankful that all my prayers are always heard and answered. I know I am a lucky and blessed child. Life is great indeed.
I pray that my family - both immediate and extended, my loved ones, my friends and all those in need are always safe, sound and healthy and that they all live long and prosperous lives. I pray that they are always happy and everything goes smoothly for them. I pray also that they always enjoy all of life's greatest moments and pleasures. Thank you.
