Dearest LB & GY,

Wow. So what a morning. I'm thankful to just have superficial wounds and nothing broken. That was quite a crazy fall. What happened? I dunno. I'm only feeling bummed because I won't be able to train for a few weeks. But I'm not going to let it get me down.

Well, I am thankful of course. I guess, it takes an incident like this to let you see - that there are good people out there. So I am thankful for great running mates who really did their best to take care of me. I am, I am so grateful. It mattered, when I didn't think it mattered. I am thankful that I didn't suffer anything worse than stitches! So, I'm lucky! I'm so lucky! I'm grateful to the doctor for doing such a good job too. I am still as always, grateful to all the good things in life. I have a great husband. I have a great family and I have so much love - now I realise not just from my family but also from my friends. I am so blessed. I am thankful for life's great experiences in which I get to share, enjoy and learn from. I am thankful for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse. I am thankful for a physically healthy body - I would have a speedy recovery - I know. Life is good. Life is also great.

I pray for all the things that I want for myself and for my family and loved ones. I know my prayers are answered always.

For my family - both immediate and extended - I want for them to always be happy and have a great and wonderful life too. I want them to be safe, sound and healthy always and I want them to live a long and prosperous life. Thank you.

For my husband - I want for him to have a successful career and I want him to reap the rewards of his labour and efforts within this month. I want for him too to find financial growth and career advancement within this month. Thank you.

For all of my businesses - JFT, SP, NS, MR, TWP, LFC - I want for all of them to flourish and grow financially successful within this year and I want for all projects undertaken by each business to sail smoothly, implemented successfully and executed beautifully. I want for the businesses to continue drawing the nicest clienteles. I want also for all the different partners that I work with to see the big picture clearly and work cohesively as a team towards the goals and that we will always have each other's back and support. I want too for all of us to reap the financial rewards of our passion and efforts within this year. Thank you.

For the children at the orphanage - I want them to be happy and live wonderful lives that is filled with joy, happiness and love and I want for them to grow up to be wonderful and inspiring people too. Thank you.

For myself - please continue to guide me to become a better person - more compassionate, kinder, more patient, more inspiring and I ask for your guidance in helping me become a good person - with good thoughts, good feelings and good action. I need your guidance too in helping me keep the faith and stay positive as well as to remain calm and at peace always. Thank you.

For the world - I want it the world to continue becoming a kinder and more compassionate place every single day.

Dearest LB & GY,

My eye is swollen! Oh dear. But I'm sure it'll be back to normal by lunch time :)

There are certain things which I do not understand in the book I am reading now. But I do know the basis of it is to stay positive and think good thoughts and feel good things. And of course, to be thankful always.

I am thankful for a life that has been good to me. How can it not be good to me? I have so much, so much love that surrounds me each and everyday from my family and my husband. I have great experiences in which I get to enjoy, share and learn from. I have an abundance of money in my bank accounts and my purse. I have endless opportunities that keep coming my way. I have a physically healthy body in which I can think, feel and love. Life is not just good. It is great. Thank you.

I pray as always, for the things that I want and wish for all of my loved ones and myself.

For my family - both immediate and extended,  I want them to always be happy and experience a good life. I want them to be safe, sound and healthy always and I want them to live a long and prosperous life. Thank you. Thank you.

I also want for all the different partners that I work with see the big picture clearly and strive to work cohesively as a great team towards achieving the goals and big picture. I want for us to support each other through it all and I want for us to watch each other's backs. I also want for us to reap the financial rewards of our labour and efforts within this year. For myself - I need your continuous guidance in helping me be a better person - kinder, more compassionate, more patient, more inspiring. I definitely wish to be a good person and think good thoughts and do good deeds. I need your guidance in learning how to detract from bad things, bad feelings and turn away from doing or thinking bad thoughts. Please guide me. Please guide me too, to keep the faith and stay positive and at peace always. Thank you.

Dearest LB & GY,

Yesterday was a rather odd ocassion of a sleepless night. Nevertheless, I still woke up for my training this morning - which was great. And the weather - absolutely loving it!

I continue to be thankful - for all the great things in my life. I am thankful for the love that I am constantly surrounded by from my family and husband, I am thankful and happy that I will be going home again next week to be with my family and loved ones, I am thankful for a healthy and fit body in which I can think, feel, act and love, I am thankful for the great experiences in life in which I get to enjoy, share and learn from, I am thankful for the abundance of money I have in my bank accounts and my purse, I am thankful for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way all the time, I am thankful for meeting nice people everyday. Life is good indeed. I am blessed and lucky!

I pray as always for all the things that I want for my family, loved ones and for myself.

I'm feeling great today. Thank you.

I am definitely very blessed and lucky as life has treated me very well and I have so much love around me - from my family and my husband and I know I have so much love to give too! I am thankful for so many things in my life - for the fresh air that I breathe early in the mornings, for a healthy body in which I can think, feel and love, for the great experiences that I can enjoy, share and learn from, for the abundance of money in my bank accounts and my purse, for the endless opportunities that keep coming my way all the time. Dearest LB & GY,

I start today praying for your complete guidance in helping me become a better person. I do not want to have bad thoughts and bad feelings. I want to be the bigger person and not be calculative and petty and irritated at things that are beyond my control. I want to have more compassion for the rest of the world and for people I have to deal with. Please guide me. Please. Thank you.

Of course, I am also thankful that I am getting better already. Super great. I am thankful for a physically fit body in which I can think, feel and love. I am thankful for the great experiences in life that I get to enjoy, share and learn from. I am so, so, so thankful for the love that I am constantly enveloped in by my family and my husband. I feel much better. Thank you :)

Today, once again, I pray for your absolute guidance in helping me stay positive, think positive, keep the faith and be a good person with good and kind thoughts. I do not wish to spiral from one bad thought to another and I also do not want to get irritated with the small things which leads to other things. I want to remain positive, feel great and be great. For that, I thank you for your guidance.

I am also thankful, as always for a life that had been good to me. Thankful for a physically healthy body in which I can think, feel and love. I am thankful and blessed for the love from my family and husband. I am so lucky. My nose is still running. But overall, I feel good and fine. I took it easy at the gym this morning. But I want to quickly recover and resume my full-blown training. Please bless me with a speedy recovery and regaining my full energy.

Today, I am going to start off by asking for your guidance and blessing in helping me keep the faith and stay positive. Also to guide me to become a better person - kinder, more compassionate, more patient, more understanding and more inspiring. I would also like to deter from negative thoughts and feelings and think only positive thoughts and good thoughts. Please guide me and bless me.

I am of course, always thankful for a life that has treated me very well and I am a very lucky and blessed child. I have a life that is filled with so much love and great experiences and also great joys and happiness as well as endless opportunities.
